Our innovative programs and Parent Participation model have proven quite effective. Recognized as a California Distinguished School, Cornerstone is consistently ranked among the state’s top performing elementary schools.  Cornerstone has been nominated again for this recognition for 2014.

One of only 20 schools nationwide to receive the 2004 Intel-Scholastic Twenty-First Century Schools of Distinction Award, Cornerstone garnered fist place honors in the Involved Parents/Teachers category.  This award recognizes the finest K-12 schools in the United States. Cornerstone received over $120,000 in grants and technology.
