Tips for Homework:
**USE PENCIL FOR ALL PRINTING**
Have your child write their name on every page (sometimes packets become loose)
Return homework every Friday, packets stapled WITH cover page on top.
Establish a daily routine-designate a homework spot, have all materials ready in advance (glue, scissors, pencils, crayons,etc), set realistic goals for how much your child can accomplish in one sitting (not more 15-20 minutes).
Foster INDEPENDENCE! Have your child work independently as much as possible. We are establishing a positive foundation with routines, independence and confidence for their future school years.
Name Printing Practice
This website can be used to print name practice worksheets for your child. You can choose to start with first name only, first and last, or even other words (color words, our high frequency words, etc.).
